Session length: 30 or 60 minutes

 

Reiki “universal life force energy” is the basis of life and depending on multiple factors it can fluctuate in our day-to-day life. By utilizing Reiki, the practitioner is directly working with the electromagnetic field “aura” surrounding the human body, therefore there is little to no physical touch during the session and can be done fully clothed. The practitioner will work to release any stagnant energy, rebalance the chakras and restore the natural flow of energy within the body. Depending on the client and their energy, 60 minutes is usually recommended for new clients and 30 minutes for return clients.

Session length: 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes

 

Each massage session is curated to you and what kind of bodywork you would like to receive the day of your appointment. Your body is unique and so should your massage! You choose the pressure and if you’d like to add any add-ons such as: hot towels, essential oils, cold stones, or cupping. So whether you are looking for relaxation, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage or Thai massage we will work together to achieve your massage goals.

 

For session length, 30 minutes is great if you are looking for work on a specific area such as just head and neck whereas 60 minutes can be great for full body relaxation or waist up for deep tissue work. If you are looking for full body deep tissue work we recommend trying either a 90 or 120 minute to ensure there is enough time to focus on the areas that need attention. The goal with massage is to work with your body and allow for tension to release at its own rate, so when in doubt don’t be afraid to schedule a little extra time to maximize benefits.

Reiki and massage fusion is the perfect service for those looking to rebalance their energy flow while still receiving hands on massage. Each session will consist of at least 30 mins of Reiki with the remaining time spent on massage. This service will generally begin with approximately 5-10 minutes of Reiki. Massage will then be incorporated to where the client requests bodywork and then followed by 20-25 minutes of Reiki at the end and to seal the client's aura. 

 

Timing for a Reiki and massage session would look as such:

60 minute - 30 minutes of Reiki and 30 minutes of massage

90 minute - 30 minutes of Reiki and 60 minutes of massage

120 minute - 30 minutes of Reiki and 90 minutes of massage
