Hi, I’m Sheyenne!
I graduated from Elite Massage Academy's 1,100 hour program and have been a licensed massage therapist since June of 2022. Along with being a massage therapist I am also a certified Level 3 Reiki Master.

In my free time I enjoy working out, hiking and adventuring the great outdoors! Life is short so I try to make the most out of it whenever I can!
My Massage Style
If I had to describe my general massage style it would be as a relaxing deep tissue. I am a strong believer that massage does not need to be painful to still be effective. Our bodies are amazing and yet we put them through stress on a daily basis. Massage is a chance to let our bodies get the rest and natural recovery that they so much deserve.
Listening to the body and working with it to achieve this state of healing is truly remarkable and is something that deserves care and consideration rather than brute force and discomfort.
